We are aware of the situations attached to the pre-order method. We understand it can be frustrating to wait weeks for your order. We can assure that the patience you apply to Forbidden WIngz pre-order purchases are backed up by quality and security. We make it a seamless process for you to get your pre-order drop, from the order placement to the orders transit, customer support, and refunds. Be assured we got you along the way!

Pre-order drops have a timer showing drop date and end date. Pre-orders are determined from campaign engagement received of the clothing pieces designed.

Engagement

Positive: If the engagement we receive is positive we proceed with the pre-order drop. Once the end date timer stops, the option to place pre-orders cuts off. All orders are then sent to be manufactured. Orders are sent to be manufactured after the last pre-order day. We will email all buyers and notify about successful pre-order drop.

Negative: If the engagement we receive is negative by the time the timer stops (not to our standards) all orders are automatically refunded. We will email all buyers and notify about refund. (Refunds take 3-5 business days depending on your bank)

 

REFUNDS

  • Full money refunds may only be requested anytime before end date timer stops. All pre-orders are then sent to be manufactured.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective pre-order that was a fault of ours contact us immediately. (stitching, print, wrong size received)
  • Contacting us 24 hours after receiving pre-order will result in default loss of refund.

Why should I pre-order instead of waiting for the product to be in stock?

Pre-orders are drops that don't stock. Also it guarantees that you’ll secure the item before it potentially sells out. Some pre-orders are limited to quantity.

How long does it take to recieve my Pre-order?

Once all orders have been sent to be manufactured. Orders take between 5-6 weeks to hit your doorstep. See product details for items estimated arrival time.

How long does it take for my refund?

Your refund should show in your bank statement in 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

I still haven't received my refund

If you still haven't received refund after 5th business day Contact us at contact@forbiddenwingz.com to get help with your refund.

When should I expect my tracking #

You should receive your tracking number on the 5-6th week from the last day of the pre-order.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled you are sent a tracking number to your SMS or Email. We recommend tracking your order on Bonsimmie or the Shop app for precise tracking.

I haven't received my order

If you haven't received your order after the 6th week from the last day of the pre-order window contact us at contact@forbiddenwingz.com

I still haven't received a tracking number

If you haven't received a tracking number for your order and its been 6 weeks, it means we are behind on orders due to a high volume of pre-order fulfillment. It takes on average 2-3 days to fulfill all pre-orders from when we receive inventory from manufacturer. (Imagine getting 1000+ orders to fulfill in a day)

How can I be notified about my pre-order?

When will my pre-order item ship?

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page or during checkout. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to production or supply chain delays.

Will I be charged immediately for a pre-order?

Yes, payment is typically processed at the time of purchase to secure your item. If you have questions about billing, contact us directly.

What does "pre-order" mean?

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase items that are not available for stock. These items are reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order before the item ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel. Please note that some pre-orders may be non-refundable; check the product page for details.

Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?

Yes, but orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Note: If you place an order for a made-to-order item and pre-order. The made-to-order item will ship to you separately from the pre-order item. You'll get the made-to-order item based off the made-to-order fulfillment times.

How are shipping costs calculated for pre-orders?

Shipping costs for pre-orders are calculated the same way as for regular orders and depend on the item’s size, weight, and destination. If the pre-order qualifies for free shipping, this will be applied at checkout.

What happens if my pre-order is delayed?

If there’s a delay in the availability of your pre-order item, we’ll notify you via email with an updated timeline. You can choose to wait, request a refund, or select an alternative item.

Will my pre-order item look exactly like the sample?

We do our best to ensure the product sample accurately reflect the final item. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or design updates.

What if I ordered multiple pre-order items with different release dates?

Are pre-orders eligible for discounts or promotions?

Pre-orders are usually eligible for promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. Check the product page or promotion details for specific exclusions.

Can I update my shipping address for a pre-order?

Yes, you can update your shipping address anytime before your order ships. Contact us to make changes to your pre-order details.

What happens if the pre-order item sells out?

Pre-order items are reserved as soon as payment is processed. However, in rare cases of overselling or supplier issues, we will notify you immediately and issue a refund if the item cannot be fulfilled.
