What is made-to-order?
Made to order is a fulfillment method where a product doesn't get made unit an order is received for it. Once an order gets placed for desired made-to-order product, Forbidden Wingz proceeds to produce the product. Fulfillment takes a bit longer. Rest assured product is made with quality, care and delivered with ease. Learn more here
I placed wrong information on my order

Contact us immediately to correct mistake. Once order has been fulfilled we may not correct it.
NOTE: If you placed wrong address after item has been fulfilled you will need to contact shipping carrier for further assistance.
What is the wait time to receive my order?

How much does shipping cost?
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your chosen product, method and location see here to view more on shipping.
For Forbidden Wingz products that are already in stock the standard shipping profile rates are:
Domestic shipping
- UPS grounds: 1-5 business days
- UPS Next day air early: next business day morning (8am)
International shipping
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days
- UPS Worldwide Express: 1-3 business days, received in the morning
For products that are made-to-order:
Made-to-order products have a flat shipping rate of its own depending on the fulfillment location where the product is produced at. (U.S or Overseas). Learn more about our fulfillment locations here and how shipping is applied to the products at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping times and rates vary. Import duties and taxes may apply based on your country. See here to view more on shipping.
Refunds

What is your refund policy?
As all our sales are final our only exception is if the item is defective or damaged due to our handling. We may issue store credit. See here to view more information on refunds/returns
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Orders can be canceled and refunded if the cancellation request is made before the item is shipped. Contact us immediately to cancel your order
How do I request a refund?
You may only request refund on canceled orders or damaged items

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking number to monitor your package on Forbidden Wingz website or the shop app. See here to view more about tracking.
Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update. If you don’t see updates after this time, please contact support at contact@forbiddenwingz.com
When will my tracking information be available?

Pre-orders

What does "pre-order" mean?
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase items not stocked to the public These items are reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as they become available. See here to view more on pre-orders.
Will I be charged immediately for a pre-order?
Yes, payment is typically at the time of purchase to secure your item. If you have questions about billing, contact us directly. See here to view more on pre-orders.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order before the item is sent to be manufactured. Contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel. Please note that some pre-orders may be non-refundable; check the product page for details. See here to view more on pre-orders.

What is the Shop app?
A free online shopping platform. You can track orders, discover products, and streamline purchases via Shop Pay. See here to view more about the Shop app
What is Shop cash?
Shop Cash is a rewards program that's available to Shop app customers in the United States or Canada. Customers pay for their orders using Shop Pay and receive 1% Shop cash. Once you earn Shop Cash, you can redeem it towards eligible orders that you place through the Shop app. See here to view more about the Shop app
How can I track order with shop
You can use the Shop app to track orders with a valid tracking number. After your order is added to the Shop app, Shop uses info from the carrier delivering your order to provide you with tracking updates
- If the email account that you used to create your Shop account is the same email that you use to make a purchase from a store, then the order automatically populates in Shop.
- If you don't use your email account, then you can add tracking info manually.
Steps:
- Find the tracking info for a delivery that you want to track. You can usually find tracking info in a shipping confirmation email, or from your customer account on an online store.
- In the Orders tab of the Shop app, tap + > + Add order manually.
- Enter the order’s tracking number, package name, and carrier.
- Tap Add order to start tracking the delivery.

Customer Account

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to enjoy benefits like order tracking, faster checkout, and access to exclusive deals. If we have a rewards program, account holders are automatically enrolled. Check your account dashboard to track your points and redeem rewards also view store credit balance.
How do I log into my account?
Click the "Account" button on the top right of the website (Desktop) or bottom left in navigation menu (Mobile). Enter your email and a new short digit code password will be sent to your email or number provided every time so you never have to worry about remembering your password. You’ll then be redirected to your account dashboard.
Is my account information secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize your security by using encrypted connections and secure servers to protect your data. For more details, review our privacy policy.
