What is the made-to-order shipping policy?

My order was late

What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check the tracking information.
- Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Contact our support team for further assistance.
My package was sent to the wrong address
- If your package was delivered to a wrong address and it was an error on customers end, we are not responsible.
- If your package was delivered to wrong address and it was an error on our end or shipping carriers end. Contact support and we will get it figured out.
My order was damaged
We are not responsible for damaged orders that were damaged during transit. contact the shipping carrier & file a claim.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
For most carriers, they will either leave a notice for redelivery or deliver the package to a secure location. Check the tracking details for more information.
What if my package is missing items?
If your package arrives missing items, contact us within 24hrs of delivery. Please include photos of missing item details.
