There is accuracy and confidence about ForbiddenWingz attire. Any chance the item is defective or damaged due to our handling. Store credit we be issued effective on another drop, or any other item on the site.

**Be sure to use Size Chart for precise measurements, to avoid size returns**

To be eligible for store credit item must be in the same condition as it was when it was received. (Not worn or used) 

Returns

**You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs**

Email at contact@forbiddenwingz.com you will get emailed within 48 hours with directions needed to return item.

Once item is received on our end the item is inspected. A decision is made to deny or approve return. 

Approved: You will be notified about approval and be issued store credit immediately. You can access your store credit balance on your ForbiddenWingz account.

( Your ForbiddenWingz account information is the email you used when the order was placed. Input your email on the ForbiddenWingz accounts login page and a short digit code will be sent to your email as the password to login to your account).

Denied: Return will be denied if item was tampered with. No store credit will be issued. You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs to send item back to you.

Refund FAQ

I ordered the wrong size

  • If you ordered the wrong size contact us before we process your order to change size value. Once product is shipped you will no longer be able to make request for adjustment or refund.

**Use size chart on product page to get accurate sizing**

Can I get a refund for sale or discounted items?

There is no refunds for items on sale or that are discounted. All sales are final.

How long does it take to process a refund for store credit?

If you are approved a refund of store credit you'll receive store credit immediately on your Forbidden Wingz account balance.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my refund hasn’t been processed yet for the pre-order I made?

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 3-5 business days, check with your payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@forbiddenwingz.com

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

For damaged or defective items due to handling of bonsimmie:

  • Contact within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect.

What if I don’t receive my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

How do refunds work for international orders?

Refunds for international orders are issued in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the amount credited back to you.
